Annealing Measurement

The annealing measurents started on 3/21/2002 around noon.
The irradiation stopped the same morning at 9:46, with Idd=790 mA.
Between 9:46 and 12:10 the hybrids was kept at 18° C, until ready to bring it back to the lab,
then trasported (outside temperature about the same) and finally reinstalled in the testing lab (50B-6209).
Temperature of chiller is set to 16° C.

5.45 3/22/02-3/26/02 690 3/26/02 The value of Idd decreased significantly after changing the SCTLV channel. This run started with Idd=720 mA. At the end of 100 hours is 690 mA.
